Water Lily WLA-AS-11 –
Cardas Funded -
AWESOME! -
Factory Sealed
In a league sonically with any recording you have ever heard, LILY OF THE NILE was produced and recorded by Kavichandrin Alexander of Water Lily fame (recognized worldwide for sonic excellence).
Great, spacious sound is the result, as Hamza El Din plays the lute-like Oud, sings, and plays the Tar, a wood-framed single-skin drum, delicately delivering music of the Middle East, in BINT BALADA, ANNUN SIRA, SHORTUNGA, ALLAHU AKBAR, and HAMAYALA.
Positively stunning sound, all monitored as Kavi likes to…through Jecklin Float electrostatic headphones.
An audiophile, music-lover treat, released in limited edition, here factory sealed.
An audiophile treasure produced with assistance from Cardas Wire and technically supervised by Tim de Paravicini of Esoteric Audio Research (EAR).
For other fine records, TAS picks and hard-to-finds, please see my complete list of offerings here on eBay.
Shipping and handling is $5 for up to 5 LPs shipped within the States. Internationally, $16 via airmail for the first LP, $4 each thereafter. (Canada is half that.) Boxes over 4 lbs., add another $6, because First Class is no longer available at that weight, just Priority Mail. Note, too, boxed sets of LPs require more postage.
