On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Audience called 'Friends Friends Friend' and is a MEGA RARE 1970 UK TEST pressing on the ULTRA RARE White Label Charisma label!!!! THIS LP IS SURELY THE RAREST AUDIENCE LP EVER TO BE OFFERED FOR SALE!!!!  THIS IS AN ULTRA RARE DOUBLE TEST PRESSING!!!!  RECENTLY ON ACCQUIRING THIS LP - I WAS SURPRISED TO FIND NOT ONE RECORD INSIDE THE COVER - BUT TWO (BEARING IN MIND THIS IS A SINGLE LP)!!!!  I WAS EVEN MORE SURPRISED TO FIND THAT BOTH LPS WERE WHITE LABEL TEST PRESSINGS!!!!  EVEN MORE INTERESTING STILL - WHILST BOTH RECORDS HAVE THE SAME TRACKS ON EACH TEST PRESSING - THEY HAVE DIFFERENT MATRIX ENDINGS!!!!  ONE TEST PRESSING HAS CAS 1012 A//1 & CAS 1012 B//1 MATRIXES - WHILST THE OTHER HAS CAS 1012 A//2 & CAS 1012 B//2 MATRIXES!!!!  CLEARLY THERE MUST HAVE BEEN SOME KIND OF MIX DIFFERENCES AND MOST LIKELY 2 TEST PRESSINGS WERE MADE TO DECIDE WHICH ONE WAS BEST!!!!  AND CERTAINLY THE BASS & TREBLE LEVELS AND MARKEDLY DIFFERENT ON THE A//1 B//1 TEST PRESSING - WHEN COMPARED TO THE A//2 B//2 TEST PRESSING!!!!  FOR EXAMPLE ON ONE TRACK THE BASS GUITAR IS VERY PROMIENT WITH THE VOCALS DISTANT BEHIND IT - WHEREAS ON THE OTHER DISC THE VOCALS ARE MUCH LOUDER WITH THE GUITAR SET MUCH QUIETER!!!!  NO DOUBT THERE ARE VARIOUS OTHER DIFFERENCES TOO!!!!  IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO MAKE CLEAR JUST HOW RARE THESE 2 TEST PRESSINGS ACTUALLY ARE!!!!  IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KNOW EXACTLY HOW MANY OF THESE WERE EVER PRESSED - BUT IT CERTAINLY CANT HAVE BEEN MANY!!!!  IN FACT THESE 2 TEST PRESSINGS COULD WELL BE UNIQUE!!!! THIS HAS TO BE THE RAREST AUDIENCE LP EVER TO BE OFFERED FOR SALE - AND IT WILL SURELY BE A VERY VERY LONG TIME (IF EVER) BEFORE YOU GET ANOTHER CHANCE TO OWN ANOTHER '2-LP' WHITE LABEL TEST PRESSING OF THIS LP AGAIN!!!!  THIS IS THE 1970 UK 'TEST' 1ST PRESSING ON THE ULTRA RARE 'WHITE LABEL' 1ST PRESS CHARISMA LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVES, AND 1ST PRESS GATEFOLD 'E.J.DAY' COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK '2-LP' TEST 1st Pressing from 1970 and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The records are pressed on thick quality vinyl. The Cat. No is CAS 1012 and is a UK 1970 Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels to BOTH RECORDS are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing (apart from the band name of course on one side of each record - see picture), and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THESE RECORDS HAVE BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!! The vinyl on BOTH records is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and BOTH RECORDS have NO scratches, NO hairlines, only 2 or 3 MEGA light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORDS STILL RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the records play as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!! They play with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and only the VERY slightest isolated touch of MEGA low level background crackle in a VERY few places!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  BOTH records must grade Excellent(Minus) if not better!!!!  Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The records also comes in their ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeves!!!! The 1st Press Gatefold 'E.J.Day' Cover is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The Cover has NO edgewear, NO spinal wear, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking), NO rubbing, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), and NO writing!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the laminated inside is in SUPERB condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Excellent(Minus) if not FULL Excellent!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND AS A '2-LP' TEST PRESSING - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!
