CITY LINE LP 33 RPM US, CatNo.: SENTA LP 0042, 1977   AUGUSTUS PABLO PABLO NUH JESTER   (One legendary killer album mostly by Don Pablo...Horace Swaby...regarding Pablo I think this was a kinda un-official thing...some chunes produced by Enos McLeod...and there's even some trombone on this one...anyway...what a killer album...10 tracks at all...remixed at King Tubby's by Tubbys himself and the great Phillip Smart...includes cuts to Burning Spear's "Marcus Garvey" and Jah Woosh's killer-sounds of "Peace And Love In The Ghetto"...even has two dub-cuts on the riddim Prince Far I made "Let Jah Arise" with...heavy heavy sounds...comes as rare original US press on Bullwackie's City Line-imprint...w/ thick-as-a-brick cardboard-sleeve and rather heavy wax...calling all lovers of serious dub music and Pablo fans all over the world...definitely not to be missed-out!)   ORIGINAL PRESS - (NOT A RE-PRESS)   FEATURE: CREATION VIBES   WAX 'N' SOUND:  ex / ex, both sides look fine w/ only a few superfical marks NOT affecting the play, very shiny, plays gorgeous w/ killer punch + clear, transparent sound! LABEL: both sides show lightest general wear only, NO writings, NO damages, nearly perfect - watch the scan, please!  SLEEVE: thick-as-a-brick cardboard sleeve shows lightest wear only, ex condition, NO writings/markings, NO damages, looks gorgeous, you'll hardly find a better one I suppose! Something 'bout Sound + Vision: We shouldn't rely on visual appearance alone (as pretty looks isn’t all as they say) - therefore these records are graded after their visual appearance and their sound quality! I personally prefer a record with crackling but strong sound + punch to one playing clean but with surface noise from the pressing (as we find with re-pressed discs - too - often). Grading records is a very subjective thing but I try hard to be objective as a human being can be (yes indeed, this seller is a human being).   THIS IS MY VINYL GRADING SCALE:   EX (= really great - EX means "excellent", really...) VG (= nice, if you don't have an excellent one - by the way: VG means "very good"...) G (= playable, but you might find a better one - G means "good", but this term may be a bit euphemistic to reggae-vinyl-novices. Be realistic: a record graded G doesn't jump nor stick, but that's the best I can say about it...)
