Title: Bill Henderson – Live At The Times (Send In The Clowns)

Audiophile original US pressing from 1997 on Jazz Planet Records, a division of Classic Records, JP 0779-12. Contains the usual Classic Records postcard. Taken from the original long-playing album “Bill Henderson-Live at the Times”, released in 1977 by DISCOVERY Records, DS-779. Originally produced by Dennis Smith and Bill Henderson for Albert Marx Productions. Recorded at the Times Restaurant by Rod Nicas, August 1975.

Line-up: Bill Henderson/vocals – Joyce Collins/piano

Tracks: side 1: Send in the Clowns - 33 1/3rpm side 2: Send in the Clowns - 45rpm

Classic Records released this beautiful ballad as a “ 20th Anniversary Commemorative 12” Single ” in 1997, the record is LP-sized with one side playing at 33 rpm and the flipside playing at 45 rpm. High Quality vinyl, 200 gram. This audiophile issue has been mastered by Bernie Grundman, his handwritten signature is etched in the run-out groove of the record. Supreme high-end quality !

The original CLASSIC RECORDS company started pressing audiophile records & CDs in 1994. Their early 180 gram LP-pressings are highly acclaimed and sought after by collectors of high-end records. I offer 8 mint/sealed CLASSIC RECORDS LPs in my current auctions. I also offer 7 mint & sealed CLASSIC RECORDS Compact Discs, 24 Karat Gold pressings, the ultimate in digital sound . All items are “out of print” and sealed/mint copies are extremely hard to find, especially in auctions with a low start-price !

Condition: unplayed LP in MINT ! The LP is very very slightly uneven, wich you don't see before you let the record play on the turntable. My own copy and a few other copies I own look the same, sometimes Classic records 200 Gram pressings are like this. There is no effect on the playback of my own copy. The thick, sensitive cardboard-cover shows little shelfwear from storing, the seams/spine are intact with slight rub, overall ex.

Zustand: ungespielte LP in MINT !
