Important Information

I never thought I would have to print this, but recent changes in EBay have made this imperative my auction.

·          Please read ALL of the listing thoroughly, please check all measurement including the size.

·          All of my measurements are in inches and are u.k. sizes and are to the best of my ability correct.

·          All my photos and pictures are as accurate as possible.

·          Ask as many questions regarding any item on my auction  Before Bidding

·           I will always reply a.s.a.p.

·          All sales are Final.  I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, as I have described my items as well and as accurately as possible.

·          Sellers please Note: my photographs and descriptions are for my use only and I always report unauthorised use of them to EBay.

·          Please pay within 3 days of the ending on the auction.

·          FOR ALL BUYERS – I ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL AS PAYMENT FOR ANY ITEM

·          All items are packaged with great care and are posted by Royal Mail Standard Second Class with Proof of Posting Obtained.

·          Please Note: I am not responsible for items lost or damaged by Royal Mail; I always obtain Proof of Posting which I will gladly send you a copy of to chase any claim for compensation.

·          If you would like the peace of mind regarding your parcel I Strongly Recommend the Recorded Delivery Service for an Extra 75p on the Postage and Packing. This will enable you to track your individual parcel – and have compensation up to £35.00p automatically

·          Note: NONE MAIN LAND UK customers must confirm P&P before Bidding

·          I always email my customers to confirm the receipt of payment and email again to confirm the date on which the parcel has been posted.

·          Due to the closure of all my local post offices it can now take me 5 to 6 days maximum to post any item. But I always try to post parcels  a.s.a.p.

·          MOST IMPORTANTLY to any customer of my auction is to recognise that Postage and Packing of my parcels is not just the stamp or charges from the Royal Mail Delivery Service on the front of the envelope or parcel.  The P&P Fee also includes and covers: - packing materials / mail bags / bubble wrap envelopes / boxes / bubble wrap / clear tape / parking fees and petrol / and time taken etc . . .

·          Please do not bid on my auction if you have not read this information and agree to the p&p charges which I have quoted.
