Description
ATOMIC ROOSTER
IN HEARING OF
1971 UK PEGASUS PEG 1 (1U - 1U)
Rare original 1U-1U uk first pressing with textured labels and 'E. J Day' gatefold sleeve. The thick chunky vinyl looks in really superb very clean condition with just a couple of the lightest top surface marks, and the thick card matt gatefold cover is also in great condition with only some small very areas of edge and spine wear. All pictures provided with this auction are of the actual album for sale. Please check out my other items !
CONDITION
The chunky heavyweight vinyl is very clean with a excellent original sheen, there are no nasty surface marks or deep scratches at all, there are just a few very light top surface scuffs marks and some ultra-fine hairlines, both sides look in really excellent very clean condition, but there is some occasional background crackle and a few random static pops to be heard, whatever crackle there is is caused by dust/grime in the grooves and not by any surface marks, so this album would play and sound better after a professional deep wet/dry vacuum clean. The sound quality is still really excellent and clear throughout with no distortion. The textured pegasus labels are in very good condition, the side with the track-listing has some light age discolouration and also a name written at the top in blue biro, the other label is just about perfect. The matt gatefold sleeve was made and printed in the UK by 'E.J.Day Ltd'. This sleeve is still in excellent condition. There is some top and bottom edge/storage wear and also some very small areas of wear along the spine, but all text is still clear and easly to read. The front and back has some light storage wear and some marking but nothing serious. The inside gatefold is still nice and clean with minimal marking and ageing. This cover still looks great with no really bad faults.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE DECIDING TO BID
I pack my records very well with plenty of rigid card support to avoid damage. I keep all Post Office Payment Recipes as proof of postage. I always print my name and address on the back of all parcels i send, so the chances of a item going missing are pretty much nil. I cannot take responsibility for any non-insured items that may be unfortunate to go missing or get damaged in the post. The recorded post option is always there, it may cost a few extra pounds for international buyers, but it is definitely worth it for the extra piece of mind. So, if for some reason a non-insured parcel does not arrive, then i'm afraid that i cannot be held responsible for loss or damage. If you do not agree to this then please do not bid. Thank you.
