I send all overseas parcels by International Signed For service. This is because I had a bad experience when a buyer refused insurance, received the item, posted positive feedback, then claimed that he had not received it.
Despite the evidence in my favour, Ebay took his side and took my money because they say it is the seller's responsibility to ensure an item reaches it's destination, and of course I had no tracking or delivery signature.
This is a sad but true story, and although I am an honest and trusting person by nature, I will not let this happen again.
I was let down not only by an unscrupulous bidder, but by Ebay, who do little to protect sellers, including not letting them post feedback on buyers.

Please do not ask me to send without insurance or to adjust customs values.

(I do not describe an item as MINT unless I know it is unplayed)
