The titles are

Stamped Matrix numbers are:
EFF-2884-1C and EFF-2885-1C
Cover:
The Cover is in used condition and has some taped restored corners, it is the right upper corner on the front and the left upper corner of the back, has some pin holes but there are no writings on front and back!!!
Record:
The Ep is very nice shape, mint -, there are only some surface hairlines and both label are very nice!
