Description
A starter copy of a nice Art Farmer Quintet recording on Prestige (PRLP-181) on 10-inch vinyl. The group features Farmer along with Gigi Gryce, Horace Silver, Percy Heath and Kenny Clarke.
The silver and burgundy label reads "Prestige Records Inc. 446 W. 50th St. N.Y.C." An "RVG" is hand-etched in trail off of the b-side. The matrix reads "PRLP-181."
The cardboard cover is split entirely in two. The front has some ring wear and wearing on all four edges. The top left corner is also dinged.
The vinyl is VG- (5 out of 10, with a fair amount of wear. There are not any notable scratches through the grooves, but the overall wear produces pops and hiss throughout. I noticed this occurred more consistently on the b-side. There were not any actual skips though, more so surface noise). This LP comes from a non-smoking home. The record you see in the picture is the record you will receive.
Shipping will be $4.00 for media mail in the U.S. I ship internationally -- but prefer that international bidders contact me first. I usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. I will combine shipping if you win multiple items. Also, I tend to recycle boxes, but I always make sure to pack items, particularly records, securely.
