"A Message From Art Blakey / Holiday For Skins Voume 2"  -  Rare Original Mono Record Album made in the United States in 1958 by BLUE NOTE (BLP 4005).  This is an original 1958 u.s. pressing (47 WEST 63rd NYC) & not a re-issue of any kind.

LABELS:  47 WEST 63rd NYC / DEEP GROOVE on both sides / RVG with EAR stamped in the dead wax on both sides (Labels show very light wear with a few light spindle marks & a couple of scratch marks). 
Condition of the Record:  VG- / close to VG / glossy with very little to no wear, some light surface marks / light surface scratches which do not affect play & there are some scratches which are audible in spots.  There is also a small round indentation pressing mark on the first song on side one which is lightly audible with a backround 'thud' for several rotations.   Most of the scratches are also only lightly audible with a few being a bit louder with some ticks / some crackles in a few places - none of the ticks / crackles are loud enought to disctract from the music.  This Record has also been cleaned on a VPI machine and plays strong with full fidelity + most of this record plays with minimal surface sound and only backround ticks in spots.  

Condition of the Cover:  VG- / close to VG / laminated on the front with light corner / edge wear, a few light tears around the edges (mostly on the left hand side of the top edge), several small creases, a 4.5 inch seam split at the bottom right corner, a slight curve to the cover, some light yellowing with several light stains on the back, very light writing on the back in a small area near the top left corner & there is a small-ish sticker tear on the back close to the top right corner.
