All items are shipped within 1 to 5 business days. The orders are all dispatched regular Australia post unless registered post is requested with additional fees applicable paid. The approx shipping time is 1-20 business days depending on your location. Transit time stated is best estimated but not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed or items are damaged during delivery, please email us asap. We are here to help resolve any issues that may arrise.
Insurance/Registered post is optional for buyers at an additional cost. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or missing packages except for the ones insured/registered (although fortunately this has never happened before). Shipping & handling charges are fixed as per item and auction description, combined postage is optional please email us for costing. As we take great care in our packaging so that the item is delivered to you in the condition as described upon purchase, we do charge a small handling fee to cover the cost of packaging materials used.
