Arab On Radar -- Queen Hygiene II LP

Original 1997 US release on Heparin Records (Providence RI) (catalog # HP-298), with silk-screened cover (black+red+white), double-sided silkscreened lyric insert (green).

Arab On Radar's debut LP. Rec. by Bob Weston. Fans of the band know this record is very hard to find. The cover was done by the guys with Fort Thunder / Lightning Bolt. And includes a very big handscreened obscene poster with the lyrics printed on the back. The vinyl is in near mint condition as it has been played only several times and carefully handled over the years. I purchased the record from the band in 1998, and have been the only owner. This record is long out of print. Arab On Radar was one of the first avant-garde post rock/experimental/confrontational rock bands to come out of the Connecticut/Providence, RI art-punk scene. Definitely one of the more sought out records for fans of Load Record's Lightning Bolt/Landed/Mindflayer/Pink+Brown, GSL's the Locust, or Melt Banana. Very smart, f#%$d up, spastic no-wave hardcore. Still their greatest record.
