Welcome to a number of very special auctions, that will appeal to Iain Matthews, Fairport Convention, Apple related, Vertigo, and fans of this collectable era.
Over the next few weeks I will be offering a number of auctions from Iain Matthews personal memorabilia collection.
All of these items have a hand signed certificate of authenticity, with a written description about each item.

This auction -
2 x 8" One sided APPLE acetates,
of the Iain Matthews VERTIGO single 'Hearts'
Condition - Both discs are very, very clean, and in superb condition. I played them once, the apple labelled Hearts disc looks Near Mint, and plays near Mint,
The B side (Little Known) which does NOT have an Apple label, (It has a small stuck on handwritten label) looks EX and plays Near Mint.
The label has age related staining and foxing, as seen.
Discussing this with Iain, he told me ' This Vertigo single was mastered at Apple'. Iain personally attended when these discs were cut, and they were the only ones. Just this one pair was made...............................This item is guaranteed 100% unique.
The historical element of this is crucial for serious Apple collectors of this era. An utterly unique, one off collectable, and a sure fire investment piece.
What is definite, and 100% certified is this is Iain's personal copy of this rarity, and will never come up for sale again.
