Probably the most overlook LP from Israel, Apocalypse is one impressive record. This is on many lists at well over $400 USD, and for good reason. This is easily one of the best offerings from Israel in regards to progressive rock / psych music.

Amazing male and female vocals, guitars and fuzz flying all over, incredible melodies, few quiet complex acid-folk songs in the style of Mellow Candle, lots of movement and long songs make this a winner in my books. 

Another bonus is the excellent fuzz guitar playing of Itzhak Klepter, the founder of the legendary Churchills (who later played with Progressive Rock/Pop outfit "Poogy")

This is the 1st ORIGINAL PRESSING from 1972 and is extremely rare !! The original pressing is on Orange CBS records label # 65271 and has a laminated sleeve.

It is easy to tell the later pressings of this LP - The 2nd pressing (early-80's) was on Red CBS. The 3rd pressing was on blue "Embassy" label. Both later pressings did not have a laminated sleeve.

All three pressings are not easy to find (2nd press was sold on eBay for $280 on October 2009) but the first pressing is the rarest. It was sold poorly at the time its release it was recognized as a prog masterpiece only years later.  

Plays LOUD AND CLEAR, and this recording takes full advantage. Listen to clips of this overlooked album. Hard to find in such a nice condition.

Packaging

Records are wrapped in bubble-nylon and packed in a high-quality heavy cardboard package. Record is being taken out of the sleeve to avoid damages while shipping.

Grading

I use "Record Collector" grading method (Mint, NM, EX, VG, etc.)

My highest grade for a non-sealed records is usually NM (Near Mint) I will grade it as Mint only if it's sealed or if I am 100% certain that this record was hardly ever played and has no pressings faults. I will not list records less than VG condition unless they are extremely rare.
