200. VINTAGE 78 RPM RECORD ~ HERBERT L. CLARKE ~ EARLY VICTOR MONARCH 3412

DESCRIPTION:
Antique 78 rpm record, item is single-sided, is on an early Victor Monarch label (label is black with gold print), has spoken introduction, and this item probably dates from about 1901.

(“3412” scratched in wax around label, hand-written date-title-artist barely visible through label)
THIS 110+ YEAR OLD RECORD IS IN GOOD CONDITION. IT STILL HAS A SOMEWHAT SHINY SURFACE AND PLAYS LOUDLY WITH SURFACE NOISE (pops, ticks, static).
MEASUREMENTS:
This item measures 10 inches in diameter.
CONDITION ISSUES:
Visible wear (light scratches and scuffs) on this item, some light label scratches and one circular heavy scratch on label, light label and spindle wear, and this item does have some audible pops and ticks.
