I try to describe items honestly but I do on occasions make mistakes please email me to rectify any problems before leaving feedback...I rarely leave negative feedback because I believe all problems except non paying bidders can be rectified...All items returned in 7 days ( 14 days outside UK ) will be refunded ( not postage ) as long as they are in same condition as purchased.If any items do not arrive I keep all documentation and will provide copies of   the relevant documentation but it is the buyers responsibility to pursue unless insurance was purchased.
