is her Much Sought-After LP entitled:
"ANNETTE Sings GOLDEN SURFIN’ HITS "
On a scale of 1-10 ( 10 being the Best ) , the Cover of the LP ( including All Seams)
as well as the Labels are in GORGEOUS Near Mint 9 Condition!
The LP Vinyl is in EXCELLENT ( 8 ) condition and still maintains plenty of Sheen
A Real BEAUTY!
Also, on the BUENA VISTA Label ( F - 405 ) is a Fabulous **Picture Sleeve ( Only ) **
entitled: " ANNETTE Sings MISTER PIANO MAN "
Both Sides of the Picture Sleeve is in BEAUTFUL 8.5 EXCELLENT
to Near Mint 9 Condition!

are in Near Mint minus 8.5 Condition! The Vinyl is in Very Nice Condition as well
and still maintains plenty of Sheen - a VG+ 7.5 Grade. This is a Very Nice BONUS item!
