ALBUM COVER is in VERY GOOD PLUS (VG++) CONDITION, with a clean simi-glossy appearance.    Excellent condition - without seam splits, writing, stickers or tape. ... Excellent for frame. 

RECORD VINYL is in VERY GOOD PLUS PLUS (VG++) CONDITION, with a dark glossy and shinny appearance. EXCELLENT - no scuffing or scratches to affect the play or sound quality- see pics looks almost in near-mint.  LABEL is very clean, bright without writing, tears or stains ...  Nice hard to find 60s BEACH PARTY SURFIN solid collectible.
