ANIMALS Animalisms LP 1966 MONO 1st UK Press RARE EX Audio

This record has been vacuum machine cleaned and test played in full on quality hi-fi. My grading is based on the UK record collector grading system. I will gladly combine postage on multiple items so check out my other records. Thanks

Details:- From my own personal collection - Rare 1966 1st UK MONO pressing of Animalisms by The Animals, on the original Decca red mono label, catalogue No. LK 4797. The record is housed in the original front laminated 'Clarifoil' flip-back sleeve and the original poly-lined inner sleeve

Vinyl Condition:- VG visually but plays very near EX. Pressed on quality thick heavy 60's vinyl. Clean shiny vinyl with a few fine hairlines and surface marks including one long visible scratch on side two however all this has very little effect on playback and sound quailty. In the intro to side two there's just a few seconds of crackle and a couple of clicks. There is a very quiet background click for few moments in the third track of side two. This record has been fully test played before this.

Sleeve Condition:- VG. Small creases in the laminate on front mainly on the opening edge and some feathering down the spine. Some light rubbing on the laminate gloss caused by the record rim and also on the back. The back has some speckling and discolouration with age. The spine is crisp and fully readable and there is just a lttle wear on the corners and a tiny section of the top edge. The polylined inner sleeve is browned with age but has no tears or creases.

Label Condition:- VG+ Clean labels with a few light spindle marks

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
