Hey ya'll!! Check this guy out! This LP, on St. Ives Records, was limited to 300 copies with each cover handmade and totally unique!! The artists now known as THE ANIMAL COLLECTIVE are listed separately here as Avey Tare, Panda Bear, & The Geologist! They recorded this show when on tour with Black Dice, Gang Gang Dance, Moldy Peaches and Dufus. Label says Side A is February 25th at Mercury Lounge and Side B is May 9th at Free 103 before the were the darlings of the INDIE PRESS that they are today! If you've ever seen them perform you can imagine how intense this is. This is a rare rare treat that I just happened to be in the right place at the right time to get a copy of it. Legend has it *THEY* don't even own copies of this it's so rare! It's maybe had one full listen through so it is in AMAZING SHAPE, there are no dents, nicks, etc on the cover... all in all a TOTAL GEM of the wierd new folk movement!! A NEAR MINT DREAM! go for it!
