A holy grail piece for Velvet Underground/Andy Warhol collectors, this is the ultra-rare ORIGINAL "VELVET UNDERGROUND VU BOX 1" 5 RECORD BOX SET.  Now out of print for decades, the set contains the first four Velvet Underground records plus a fifth album of unreleased material.  Both Andy Warhol covers are present (Velvet Underground & Nico banana cover and White Light White Heat skull cover).  Includes insightful liner note sheet.  Entire package remains in excellent condition with the only signs of wear being to the outer box (taped corners).  All covers plus all 5 records remain in near mint condition.  A substantial and impressive addition to any collection; also a truly rare collectable that will continue to grow in value, it's unlikely you'll see this one again as so few copies are known to exist.
