Description

Amon Tobin's Permutation 2xLP. This came out on Ninjatune back in 1998 and went quickly out-of-print. I still maintain that this is his best release, jumping between downtempo jazz, drum'n'bass, ambient dirge, cinematic soundscapes, and glitchy idm with an ease that makes everyone else from that era sound juvenile by comparison. If David Lynch had directed BladeRunner, this would've been the score. You can't tell from the picture, but the jacket features a gorgeous matte-pattern finish akin to those Autechre lps from the same period. Cosmetically everything is near-mint, with a slight sticker residue on the top right corner. The LPs themselves are flawless.
