I am starting to go through my extensive collection and am having to thin it down due to lack of space. I am selling some old favourites, some rare pieces, and some relatively new choons. The majority of records are in VG, EX, or MN condition. About 95% of my records I obtained second hand, some from shops and some from dj’s, and whilst in my ownership they have been looked after. Most sleeves are in VG condition, however any sleeve damage/tattiness is as bought.

GRADING:-

RECORD CONDITION

MN =As new condition, unplayed, often Sealed.
EX = Excellent condition, no noticeable marks and like new.
VG =Very Good condition, normal wear, maybe a few very light marks, plays great.
G = Noticable marks but still plays ok.
F =Fair condition, marked and some problems. There will be more information to describe faults.

SLEEVE CONDITION

EX = Excellent condition, no noticable folds or creases, no sticker marks, As New.
VG = Very good condition, maybe some very light/normal wear,
G = Some wear, possible creasing, light marks/tears.
F = In Fair condition, possible heavy creasing, tears, light damage, defacement.

Please note if it is a plain sleeve this will be mentioned.

POSTAGE:-

All LPs and 12" Singles are sent in LP mailers with re-inforcement if needed, and a maximum of 4 vinyls per mailer. For postage, double packs ( 2x12") count as two vinyls, triples – three (3x12"), and quads - four (4x12").

For UK there is no max limit of vinyls as 1st Class Recorded has an unlimited weight restriction. All UK postage is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.

UK - £3.00 for one vinyl. Further LPs/12" add £1.00 each to postage total.

All non-UK postage is sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail. There is a maximum limit of 7 vinyls per package as there is a weight restriction for the postage service used. Please email for postage prices for more than 7 vinyls, as this may mean either sending 2 packages which would mean paying the first vinyl postage twice (one for each package), or using a Signed For parcel service, which would probably be a surface mail based service and take alot longer to arrive.

Europe -

£7.00 for one/first vinyl. Further LPs/12" add £1.50 each to postage total for 2 to 7.

USA / Canada / Japan / Australia / Rest of the World -

£9.00 for one/first vinyl. Further LPs/12" add £2.00 each to postage total for 2 to 7.

Please note I obtain proof of postage for all items sent, and I accept no responsibility for loss or damage caused during transit/delivery.  I will however assist in trying to locate missing items and on failing that to pursue compensation through the insurance element of the postage applied ( for both UK and non-UK this is to a maximum of £32.00 but does not include postage which is non refundable ).  If your items value/values are above this then alternative postal solutions are available with enhanced insurance, naturally this will be at extra cost to you, eg.
