For sale by auction is a superb condition copy of the very rare 'LIVE' album from 2006 by ALISON KRAUSS + UNION STATION. I have set the auction for three days so that, hopefully, there is time for the successful bidder to receive the item in time for Christmas. This is a numbered limited edition boxset version of the original album and it contains three albums and a booklet. This one is number 1172. This version was a reissue of the original album and was part of the 'ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDING' series of albums. It was pressed on top quality vinyl with half-speed mastering to produce a high quality audiophile version of the album. It really is a stunning listen with top quality sound. The overall condition is excellent verging on near mint. It looks like it has hardly been played and would be a superb addition to any record collection. The box is in excellent condition with only a few marks and a little bit of edge wear - the worst example of which you can see in photo 4 - as you can see it is only very slight damage. The enclosed booklet is also in excellent condition. The three records come in the original MOFI sleeves which are recommended as one of the best ways to store records. Please study all the photos to see the condition of everything for yourself. The labels are in excellent condition with virtually no 'spindle trails' indicating that the three records have hardly been played. The records are also in really excellent/near mint condition and play superbly in high quality with hardly any surface noise. I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better example of this fine album. The boxset will be wrapped in bubblewrap before posting to ensure that it does not get damaged on its journey. I will dispatch it in a proper record mailer and will post within one working day of purchase by Special Delivery post so that it gets on its way to you as soon as possible. The postal cost is the price for this service charged by Royal Mail. Although expensive, it does guarantee next-day delivery and, most importantly, fully insures the record which is safer for you and for me.
