ALICE COOPER's 1972 'School's Out' Album, 1st UK pressing (A1/B1 matrixes) on the green Warner bros label (K56007 Stereo),


Wow! One for the collector's.  Good thick quality vinyl, with a McNeill press (London) opening desk sleeve.

RECORD: EX

Vinyl is very clean with a few light marks. Some spindlewear, but as you can see the labels are very good. I have a good rega deck and cartridge and a Sugden amp and it sounds great; crisp and clear with very little wow and very faint crackles on the initial run in, but nothing untoward at all.

PANTIES: EX/VG

What makes this rare is the panties which were limited to very early copies (then quickly withdrawn as a health and safety/fire risk!!) and that they are extremely perishable and fragile. These are in EXCELLENT shape as you can see. There is some staining to the gusset due to years of being wrapped around the sleeve (see photo).

INNER SLEEVE: GOOD MINUS/FAIR

There is the original half circle clear polythene inner as well (missed off the photos - I forgot) but the sleeve is split..I have included a new poly-lined sleeve to protect the vinyl

THE SLEEVE: EX+

The sleeve needs describing. The front opening desktop is EXCELLENT!!, There is very little wear or rubbing to the round corners or edges. The spine is readable and is all in excellent shape.  The two flaps are present and in excellent condition. Both flaps have the little 'hinge' to prop the flap up. However, there is a small quarter inch square graze on the back of the sleeve, top left. (see photo).
