Description

Did you ever wonder what Zal Cleminson guitarist extrordinaire did after The Sensational Alex Harvey Band  ? Most fans know about him joining Nazareth but very few people know about his band Tandoori Cassette. Zal formed TC with ex Jethro Tull drummer Barrimore Barlow, Charlie Tumahi ex BeBop Deluxe and Ronnie Leahy from Nazareth on bass and keys respectively.

They did some gigs but never really got the breaks and the only recording was a 1 off single which is as rare as rocking horse do do. That single was called Angel Talk coupled with Third World Briefcases on the b side. Issued in 1982 on the tiny IK4 label. This auction is for a mint condiiton copy of that 7 inch piece of vinyl. Comes in  a picture cover.

This was given to me by an ex work colleague who was friendly with Barriemore Barlow who gave it to him for me after I'd asked him to find out if he ever recorded anything with Zal and Tandoori Cassette.

I have never ever seen another copy anywhere so this is a real chance to grab one of Zal Cleminson's rarest appearances on record. It's unlikey to turn up again anytime soon.
