This is an original mono / deep groove pressing of the rare 50's rock and roll / R&B LP: ALAN FREED PRESENTS THE KING'S HENCHMEN Playing NEW ORLEANS ROCK 'N ROLL (Coral / CRL 57216).
Featuring: KING CURTIS, SAM "THE MAN" TAYLOR, COUNT HASTINGS, KENNY BURRELL, EVERETT BARKSDALE, and ERNIE HAYES.
Record shows wear and marks. Plays with surface noise that does not overpower music.
Overall cover looks great. Shows light wear and a few spots where previous owner covered over small paper tears with black marker (on black background). Stress to top right corner. Wear and paper tearing to top and bottom seams. Two appx. 1/2 inch splits in center of bottom seam. Name written on back cover (see scan).
Includes original Coral photo inner sleeve.
