CLASSIC 1967 LP
This CBS stereo recording introduced Al Stewart to the British public in 1967 and the tracks are as follows:-
SIDE ONE:- BEDSITTER IMAGES, SWISS COTTAGE MANOEUVRES, THE CARMICHAELS, SCANDINAVIAN GIRL, PRETTY GOLDEN HAIR, DENISE AT 16.
SIDE TWO:- SAMUEL, OH HOW YOU'VE CHANGED, CLEAVE TO ME, A LONG WAY DOWN FROM STEPHANIE, IVICH, BELEEKA DOODLE DAY.
ALL SONGS COMPOSED AND WRITTEN BY AL STEWART.
The record is unmarked, with no scratches or marks and is in immaculate condition, while the cover is really bright, having been stored in a plastic oversleeve since the late sixties. I have no hesitation in grading both the record and sleeve as being in excellent condition.
The catlogue number printed on the sleeve is 63087 while the matrix numbers stamped on the record are:-
Side 1 SBPG 63087 A1
Side 2 SBPG 63087 B1
The record is believed to be a first pressing copy.
This is a very rare opportunity to purchase a classic LP of a legendary performer in as near to mint condition as you are ever likely to find.
