Thank you. >> ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- AL STEWART "THE NEWS FROM SPAIN (THE FIRST ALBUM)" LP (Epic EPIA-53010) Japanese original pressing, released in 1971(2,000-yen at list price) : This is the Japanese first pressing of his debut album and very rare promo copy with white label. The album was originally issued as the remixed '10 tracks' version of "Bed-Sitter Images" in UK 1970, but, Epic Japan individually released it in '12 tracks' included the rare single version of 'The News From Spain' and 'Elvaston Place' (the single B-side), and adopted totally different cover artwork! This promo copy was used by our local FM radio station, so it has their red stamp on the label of A-side and the rear cover. Comes with custom 4-page lyrics insert including Japanese liner notes. One of the most collectible records of Al Stewart. --------------- Condition : Cover, record and insert are in Mint or near Mint! Cover has only very light wear at bottom seam, record was only played a few times (virtually as new!), and insert has a light center crease and handling wear.
