Description

Original AL PARKER Vinyl.

Brand New.

Forbidden Overture is a musical mystery uncovered by Dark Entries, tracing the origins of an anonymous soundtrack connected to the films of Steve Scott and gay icon Al Parker.

Long credited only as “Forbidden Overture,” the hypnotic music was eventually identified as the work of pioneering producer Man Parrish, recognized through shared tracks in later films. Featuring two extended, atmospheric pieces that showcase Parrish’s signature electronic style, the Turned On soundtrack is both an exciting rediscovery and an important document of queer cultural history—made even more desirable by a cover featuring striking photos of the beautiful Al Parker, a true must-have for collectors and admirers of this iconic model.
