AN ORIGINAL, RARE AND OBSCURE 1972 AFRO-ROCK LP.

Air Fiesta Matata, a Kenyan band founded by Jeik Kalunga Loksa in Nairobi's "Brilliant Club" in 1963. They recorded two albums in London UK in the early 70s. The Air Fiesta Matata's split came as the result of the band getting homesick and returning to Kenya.

The LP is on the Yellow President Record Labels, with circled P date 1972, and Made in England Record Label text.

Side 1 record label is in superb Excellent Plus condition, with just signs of one play to the centre, and a small area of paper loss, see scan below.

Side 2 record label is in immaculate Mint Minus condition, with just signs of one play to the centre.

Side 1 stamped matrix: PTLS 1052A and Side 2: PTLS 1052B.
Both sides of the heavy vinyl disc are is truly immaculate Mint condition, beautiful unmarked super clean glossy vinyl disc that looks new.

The LP comes in its original Die-Cut Centre Inner bag and is housed in its original front laminated Garrod & Lofthouse Picture Sleeve.

The LP plays beautifully through all the tracks, a stunning sound quality.

The Picture Sleeve is in superb Near Mint condition. The sleeve is free from handwriting and, tearing, with just a couple of mild corner bumps, and LP storage signs.

A superb example of this super rare UK 1972 Album.
