Mega Rare tour and concert documentation from the Scandinavian part of the "World Tour 1986".
Very nice and well made ring bound folder with Laminated Cover. Size: A4, approx. 215 x 295mm.
We have put this wonderful piece of memorabilia together to give all fans out there a chance to get their hands on some previously unreleased and hardly ever seen documents. You can here follow your favourites to Scandinavia to find out what they were up to many years ago.
UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, ALL TEXT IS IN ENGLISH.
This particular folder consists of the following:
1. Itinerary for Scandinavia, 2 pages.
Information of tour dates, where they performed, in which hotel they stayed, flight arrival and departure, load in time, doors opening time and on stage.
2. Agreement (contract), 9 pages.
Contract for three venues in Scandinavia with budget lists and the promoters comments.
3. Rider to agreement, 34 pages.
A RIDER is the part where the artist(s) lay out the requirements (demands) for their visit to different venues. This is sent to the promoter well in advance of the tour and will have to be agreed upon by both parties before a contract is signed and a concert is booked. The Rider will list what the artist(s) want and need to be able to do a good performance. The payment, dressing rooms, security, travel and parking, stage requirements, power, rigging, etc. etc. A RIDER will also often list what the artist(s) would like to have to drink and eat in their dressing rooms or backstage after the show. It is listed in this rider.
4. Work permit, 1 pages.
Before some of the countries in Scandinavia joined the EU most artists needed a work permit to be able to perform there. This is still the case today for artists from outside the EU. NOTE: This is in Swedish but with the names on.
NOTE: Before internet all documents were sent by telex or fax so the quality of the print is very varied on these papers. Some are perfect while others are not so good. Some will also have notes written on them. They are all however fully readable.
Any details not conforming to the Data Protection Act have been removed or made un-readable.
CONDITION: The folder is in Excellent condition but with varied quality of the print inside.
The actual folder is slightly bigger than the photo shows and the binding might be a different colour. The image on the front cover is of the laminated pass one of us used during this tour.
The above folder is made from documents we have saved from various tours and artists.

The documents in this folder have been reproduced directly from our "original documents" and we will not accept any copies being made of this folder or its content.
Please be aware that these are extremely rare documents most people have never seen before and that the original documents mostly exist of only one copy. We have also put in a lot of hard work to be able to release this rare compilation.
We have the right to the original documents so this is not in any way an unauthorised item.
Please remember, the documents are reproductions so do not buy this item in the belief that they are the originals. We produced this item so a lot of fellow music fans would have a great opportunity to get more of an insight into the touring and concert business.
