(FYI)The record is in great shape,and plays great. Cover front and back is in good shape for a record almost 30 years old, it's worn but not bad at all. You may notice that there is 2 small pieces of tape attached to the sleeve up top, if you do your research you will find out that they were sold this way from the band to keep the sleeve together and not used because of rips or tears. Also not every record came with an insert, this record did not come with one.
