or EBAY.COM but located in another country !!! AGNES STRANGE - STRANGE FLAVOUR (RCA #PPL-1-8082 GERMANY 1976) TOP RARE UK BLUESY-HARD-ROCK LP This is a fantastic hard rock album. It was released in 1975, but comes off sounding more like 1971. Just a solid 3 piece blaster of the highest order!
The guitar work of John Westwood is top notch, and the super tight dynamic steamroller rhythm section comprised of Alan Green(bass) and Dave Rodwell(drums) really cooks!
I've seen many bootleg copies of this LP over the years, and original pressings are extremely rare nowadays.
Technically, there were two legit versions of this great album. The original 1975 pressing on the UK "Birds Nest" label and the 1976 pressing on the German RCA label housed in totally different sleeve artwork... M = mint , new or unplayed condition…cover is nice and new looking with no ring wear.
M- = near perfect copy, played only a few times.
EX = only slight signs of wear; very clean, only light surface marks which will not distract
significantly from the sound…sleeve also has only slight wear, and is still in nice
collectible.
VG++ = played often with moderate surface wear and some moderate noise, still plays well…
sleeve may have medium overall wear or some ring wear.
VG+ = overall wear, but no skips of serious defects, more noisy sound during quiet passages…
sleeve is well worn, usually with considerable ring wear.
VG = plays a lot, heavy wear on record and cover…guarantee does not apply to vg- or worse
condition records.
