Description

This is the RARE original pressing of the CONROY Music Library Percussion drum LP 'Afro Patterns'. It was released on Berry Music Company Ltd (BMLP 097) in 1972 and contains 16 songs. Most of the Conroy LPs were 'library only'The LP was made in the UK. The composers on side A include: J. Power, R. Walter, J. Hawksworth and R. Graham. On the side B 'Afro Patterns' the composer is W. Farley. This LP originally came from 'Radio Canada' and there is a Radio Canada sticker on the back of the LP jacket cover. It is also very tough to find these days, especially in this condition.

A great percussion, drums, beat & breaks LP to have for sampling purposes, etc.. On Side B there's some great afro funk sounds with great drum breaks.. There's lots of great drum sounds on the A side as well including some great funk oriented tracks as well as a couple that have a great pysch sound! Please Note: Any light sections in the pictures below is due to lighting and glare from my digital camera.

I'd say the vinyl is in practically MINT condition. The vinyl has a really great shine to it and it played perfect when I tested it. The record jacket is in excellent shape. The LP itself comes in the original LP protective sleeve.
