Description
This is the the original LP Box Set that was released on Nitro records in 2002, sold out on pre-order 36 hours after they went on the Nitro website.......I must add that alot of people try & stick to the 920 pressing info from the RE-PRESS on Grey Vinyl that was available to US customers only....But in fact, there were 1000 of each color pressed & the other 80 were just divided up between the label,band,& pressing plant & even more of the clear vinyl were held back than the grey, so in actuallity there are less 1st PRESS edition floating around than 2nd press.....So that is were the whole "ONLY 920" were made available to the public loses it's weight..........Anyways, This is the original 1st press........., Box was only opened to verify color of the vinyl & has never been touched by anyone but myself........This is an amazing box set...... Firstly,everything is housed in a black velvet box with the AFI logo on top in a very gothic-like design..... Secondly,the exclusive AFI (artifact)pendant necklace is part of the package...........Next,the 24 page full color booklet w/ intamate photos,lyrics,& liner notes from all previous & current band members of A.F.I.....Not to mention that all 5 LPs sleeve are redesigned w/ exclusive(box set only) negative imagery sleeve's....Thus we forget that all 5 Lps have exclusive LP only tracks(some only one others more).................Bottom line is that you are looking at an ORIGINAL 1st press edition of one of th most influential boxs set's of modern music..............This is a must for the collector or fan of AFI................All items are open but in MINT CONDITION
