Description
This is a LIMITED EDITION, PROMO copy of AEROSMITH's "The First Decade" Box Set, including 9x 12" LPs, all in excellent condition. The box is in excellent condition with little wear or tear. The box has been kept in very good condition and there is no repair that was needed.
This Columbia Records Box Set was a promo only collection distributed to radio stations to commemorate Aerosmith's first decade with CBS. This set was never available for sale at retail. Included here are 12" vinyl pressings of Aerosmith's first eight albums complete with original artwork and inner sleeves. Each jacket is stamped in gold with the "For Promotion Only" CBS records stamp. The albums are in near mint/mint condition and none of them have ever been played. The jackets and the inner sleeves are in near mint/mint condition. The outer box cover shows very minor wear.

After spending most of the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s in the music business, and living with my rather large record collection ever since, I decided it was time to let them go to be enjoyed by others. Most of what I own will be rock and pop but not exclusively. I am not going to “fake-rate” my records. If there is an issue I will make note and have photos for review. Most of my albums have never been played or very lightly played. For this reason I decide to mostly not remove the record from its sleeve to photograph. Many are still sealed. Most are promotional/DJ copies so I will note in photos if the cover is drilled, cut or stamped. Otherwise expect the vinyl to be excellent if not better. I will have plenty of rare promotional only nuggets and and hard to find pressings to help fill holes in your collection! Follow my listings for frequent additions. This is going to take a while!
