Description
ADX is a French speed metal group, from the Oise. Formed in 1981 ,the group currently includes the founding members Didier Bouchard on drums, Philippe Grelaud on vocals, but also Julien Rousseau on bass since 2013, Nicolas Minier on guitar since 2015 and Neo on guitar since 2019.
The group takes its name from the old abbreviation ADX meaning "mild steel" in metallurgy and symbolizing both the hard side of heavy metal and the soft side of their melodies. "Excécution Publique" (Public Execution) is their first live album, released in 1988 .
Seems to be a hard-to-find vinyl; have seen copies of the CD online starting at £50 and many over £100, but haven't seen another copy of the vinyl anywhere...grab it while you can!
