Up for auction is the new Acid Ranch-As Forever album.  Sold out within a day of it's release.  This is a pink album cover, a rarity unlike most of the blue covers.  A salty salute to all the Robert Pollard and GBV fans out there!

As Forever is a follow-up to the 2002 release Some of the Magic Syrup was Preserved.  It features 19 newly unearthed, previously unreleased early tunes by Bob Pollard, Jim Pollard, and Mitch Mitchell of Guided by Voices.

Every individual copy of As Forever features a hand-crafted album cover. The guys gathered up over 500 different discarded LP covers from used record stores and painted overtop of them, making 500+ unique Acid Ranch covers. The letters in "ACID RANCH AS FOREVER" are spaces in the paint where you can see the underlying cover's design. This particular cover was painted over Dan Hill's import self-titled album. It makes a really cool design. On the back is a glued-on info sheet with As Forever's song list and complete lyrics.
