MINTY CLEAN...long gone MINT 180 gram deluxe exact 2ndpress of 1968 electric-rock psychedelic by ex-RATTLES members in collaboration with pre-Achim Reichel member
Classic underground psych record from Germany. This one has a spacey production and great acid guitar, especially 'I'm so afraid' with its twisted backward distorted guitar. Also contains the anti drug song 'pill', that warns 'just a little pill is all you need to kill your life.' These cats sound like they mean it. This is one of the gggreat early Krautock gems from the...Psychedelic Underground. All in all a pretty solid mix of trippy wailing guitars, chunky Hammond organ fills, strange lyrics and distorted effects. Everything is panned all over the stereo spectrum and the lyrics are teen-drug weirdness. If you love Blue Phantom, Ugly Custard, Vampyros Lesbos, International Sex Opera and late 60's & early '70s European psych then check this out. It's awesome.
