Original United States pressing of this hard to find vinyl record album, released in 1974. This LP gets a mention from Patrick Lundborg on page 317 of his book Acid Archives The Second Edition.
Inside the cover, we found a lyric insert, and stapled to it are a business card from Kurt H. Sutton and a typed note that reads, "Dear Sir, I would appreciate your listening to the enclosed album for possible publishing of the songs. The songs are now registered with BMI, but none are published as yet. Sincerely, Kurt H. Sutton".
COVER: The cover is still in shrink wrap. It grades EX.
VINYL: The record plays through very well. Like many private pressing albums, it does show some cosmetic ghosting, especially on the first song on Side 2. There are also some visible scratches on Side 2, but we carefully checked and none of them can be felt on the grooves and they do not adversely affect play. Visibly, this record grades about VG, but it plays a whole lot better. The sound is good and we only noticed a light tick here and there.

All of our LP's are shipped in sturdy cardboard LP mailers with appropriate padding.
With the exception of sealed LP's, all LP's are removed from their outer sleeves to prevent seam splitting. Upon request, we will give your sealed LP's the same treatment.
All records are carefully graded. In an attempt to give customers an accurate impression of condition rather than adhere to somewhat arbitrary criteria, The Great Escape gives an "overall presentation" grade; we do not give a "listening" grade. Our vinyl listings are supplemented when necessary with additional remarks. For example: where some dealers will not allow a cut corner on an otherwise near mint jacket (often automatically relegating it to a VG+ at best), we may grade such a record as NM and note the cut-out mark (thereby letting you know what it "really" looks like: a near-perfect record with a cut corner). LPs are graded cover first, followed by the grade for the vinyl.
