A Little about the band:

ALBERT PRODUCTIONS, Australia. Released , 1975 All tracks (c) 1975 Young-Young-Scott, except "Can I Sit Next To You Girl"- Young/Young and "School Days"- Chuck Berry.TNT Was certified GOLD in Australia in 1975

ANGUS YOUNG: LEAD GUITAR
Before AC/DC, Angus played in a band named Kantukee from 1971-1973, then renaming themselves Tantrum in 1973 after adding a second guitar, until Older Brother Malcolm recruited him into his new band AC/DC.Angus has never actually played in another band on a recording basis, but has guested with and recorded with The Marcus Hook Roll Band on the "Tales of old grandaddy" LP in 1973 (with Harry Vanda and George Young, and Malcolm Young), as well as with Stevie Wright, and Ray Arnott.

Bon Scott - LEAD VOCALS (1974-1980)
Bon Scott was already a house-name in Australia since the later 1960's- having several top 10 hits with the bubble-gum 60's pop rock band THE VALENTINES. Before this, Bon drummed and also sang in the band THE SPEKTORS during early 1965. THE VALENTINES were formed sometime in the later part of 1966 and released several singles(many hits) until 1970, when they disbanded. Bon went on to perform in his "serious music" band FRATERNITY from 1970 until 1973- performing psychadelic style progressive Rock, finally breaking out of Australia and touring England in 1973-opening for BRIAN JOHNSON fronted GEORDIE at the time!
The European Fraternity tour was a failure, and the band returned to Australia broke, and disbanded. Bon went on to record 2 songs with a band known as THE MOUNT LOFTY RANGERS in late 1973, before finally auditioning for AC/DC and getting the job.
Bon had also guested on Australian Band BLACKFEATHER's album "At The Mountains of Madness" on recorder and backround vocals, and had recorded a live version of AC/DC's RIDE ON with French Band TRUST on Feb. 14, 1980-only 5 days before his death.

Malcolm Young - Rhythm Guitar
Malcolms first band was called Velvet Underground from 1971-1972, who never recorded, though also were the backup band for Ted Mulry in later 72 before forming his band AC/DC in 1973. Malcolm has not been a member of any other band since, though he has appeared as a special guest with The Marcus Hook Roll band in 1973 on their "Tales of Old Grandaddy" LP, And guested with Stevie Wright

Phil Rudd - Drums
From 1971 to 1973, Phil Rudd played with the band Coloured Balls, who released 2 singles in Australia, later to join the band Buster Brown in 1973, with Angry Anderson on Vocals who released their "Something To Say" Lp on the Mushroom label.Phil Joined AC/DC in 1974, and left in 1983, only to rejoin AC/DC in 1995.
Phil is more or less the original AC/DC drummer (replacing Peter Clack and Colin Burgess- both who held very short lived spots in early AC/DC). Phil originally played in the Aussie Rock band BUSTER BROWN, who recorded one album "Something To Say" in 1974 on the Mushroom records label. Phil played with AC/DC from 1974 to 1983, when he parted with the band. This was very disappointing, but Phil decided to return to AC/DC in 1996, and continues to play with the band to this day.

MARK EVANS: BASS GUITAR (1974-1977)

Mark Evans departed from AC/DC in 1977 and was replaced by Cliff Williams. The split was a mutual one, due to strains from the constant touring, amongst other issues. He was the original AC/DC bassplayer, considering the "classic AC/DC lineup" of Bon Scott, Angus and Malcolm Young, Evans, and Phil Rudd, and played on the albums "High Voltage", "TNT", "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap", and "Let There Be Rock". The split occured after the "Let There Be Rock" sessions, and Cliff was brought in for the tour. Mark went on to other bands- GRAPEFRUIT, FINCH, and CONTRABAND. The later 2 released albums in 1977. Mark Resurfaced in 1984 with Australian band HEAVEN, fronted by Alan Fryer(a potential Bon Replacement in 1980), HEADHUNTERS in 1988, and a few guest appearances in 1990.Mark has been known to have guested with an AC/DC tribute band onstage in Australia. In 1997, Mark hooked back up with Dave Tice(of the Headhunters and Buffalo fame) and formed an acoustic duo"Tice and Evans", with Dave on vocals, rythm guitar, & harmonica > and Mark on guitar. Sometimes they assemble a full band, with drums, electric guitars, and Mark pounds away on the bass. Mark played guitar on one track on the last Dave Tice album 'Lay Down With Dogs' released in March 2000, and is currently busy gigging regularly in Australia.
Mark Evans (no relation to Dave Evans) was more-or less the original AC/DC bass player. (He did replace Rob Bailey who appeared with the original ave Evans lineup). Mark would play on the albums T.N.T., High Voltage, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, and Let There Be Rock. He was fired just before the 1977 tour, due to personality clashes with Angus, and replaced with English Bassist Cliff Williams. Mark went on to Australian bands FINCH, and then CONTRABAND. Later on a short stint with semi-popular HEAVEN.
