 Extremly hard to find. This is one of the cleanest copys you will find, and I am not sure but I dont think I have ever seen a copy with the insert still intact, and its the real insert, with 1981 in it.

Sleeve and vinyl are in great condition. Seam split at the top, a little smaller then a inch, not so bad, could problebly get fixed for the one that wants to try.
