Condition is Used.  LP is in nrar mint to excellent condition.  Record plays without skipping or noticeable popping sounds. Inner sleeve is generic and in very good plus condition with no seam splits.  Album cover is in very good plus condition.  Normal edge, corner and spine wear from storage and use of record.  No seam splits on cover.  Catalog info is visible on spine.  Notched corner on cover as well as promo sticker on back of cover.
