I guess the Rocka album itself which contains a lineup of all the Alberts biggest stars of the period, including 4 trax by AC DC isn’t all that scarce.But this package includes the 4 page black and white mailer for the Rocka Songbook with illustrations of the bands (see photos) which was included in early blue roo pressings. It also includes the Songbook itself which contains sheet music as well as photos/info/article/discography on the artists. Condition wise, the vinyl is EX and plays without problems. The cover is also EX and the labels EX+. The insert mailer is EX+ though the Songbook has wear on the cover (see scan) The pages are all in place though the staples are a little loose (but still in place) All up the complete package for a fan.
CONDTION WISE:
MINT-; In newish condition. Almost no surface marks. No deterioration in sound quality. Cover, label, extras nearly perfect. EXCELLENT; Shows signs of having been played, little lessening of sound quality. Cover and contents might have slight wear and/or creasing
VERY GOOD +; Obviously has been played many times. No major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Some wear and tear on cover or contents.
VERY GOOD: Played quite a few times, some deterioration in sound quality cover, label, extras. Moderate amount of wear and tear.
VERY GOOD-; Further deterioration in sound quality. Considerable wear and tear on cover and it’s contents
GOOD; Just playable. Considerable surface noise. It may even jump. Heavy scratches etc Cover has very serious problems eg defacing, staining missing pieces etc
