This is Abacus's 3rd album. Although generally considered a progressive group, the first half of this album fits the category of light rock better than progressive. The tracks include "Anyway We Can (Song for H.)", "Slide Away", Ivan Hood The White Knight", and "Thing We Do". The second half of the album is the suite "Everything You Need", which includes sections titled "What A Day", "Paranoia Agency" "Hold Up The Flag", "Don't Worry", and "Everything You Need".
This album consists of the lineup: Chris Barutzky (Piano, Organ, Synthesizer), Klaus Kohlhase (Bass), Konstantin H. Bommerius (Drums, Percussion), Chris Williams (Vocals, Acoustic Guitar), and Hans Rolf 'Charly' Schade (Vocals, Moog, Guitar). This is the original lineup with the exception of the drummer.
