Two original 7" Factory Sample singles in company sleeve!

VARIOUS ARTISTS – “A FACTORY SAMPLE”. Genuine original collectors piece! Factory Records First Release!

This is the much sought-after gatefold 7” double pack (33 rpm), released on Factory (FAC-2) in the UK on 24th December 1978, as a compilation of four Factory bands, most notably Joy Division.

Joy Division - "Tears in their Eyes": 1. Digital, 2. Glass.
The Durutti Column - "Occasional Labour in Culture":1. No Communication, 2. Thin Ice (detail).

Tracklisting Record 2:
John Dowie - "A Piece of the Cake; 3 songs that Spell FAG": 1. Acne, 2. Idiot, 3. Hitler’s Liver.
Caberet Voltaire - "Lips of Sulphur": 1. Baader Meinhoff, 2. Sex in Secret.

Sleeve is at least VG++. Has got a mark down the outer protective plastic on the front, but not on the cover. Records and labels are near mint, hardly ever been played! Lovely example but only with ONE of the stickers (I think it's # 4). Please see my pics.

The records are from my own private collection. The discs have the groove notations "Everything is repairable. Everything is broken"! The matrix numbers are small and handwritten!
