Our GRADING for bigbillkorst2 is E+ (or NM) rarely use on 78s, E, E-, V+, V, V- and Poor. strict grading Packing We ship these antique, fragile shellac records in cardboard squares surrounded by padding, floating inside a 12" x 12" x 4" box. We have had few problems with damage on the many 1000s of records we have shipped so far.
78RPM Guild 1001 Dizzy Gillespie + Charlie Parker - Groovin' High E to E- / Dizzy + Dexter Gordon - Blue'n Boogie, E- This rare tremendous early be-bop Jazz c1945 (very fragile shellac--no cracks) record, I played parts of both sides--and this has some background noise--which I suspect is the pressing considering--this is real sharp with little wear--especially the Bird side, not too bad on the noise -but its more like a V+ish play rather then an EE- play, visibly this is a very well kept E-E / E- condition, this is a nice shape, this has few to no scratches, sharp, barely to lightly used looking surfaces, few light flaws, a bit more wear on the Dexter side, still a light to mild wear there, nothing notable wrong, see my 10 photos above to judge the surfaces for yourself. Graded visually. Spindle holes are fine and the labels are little wear. Will be in the sleeve it has been stored in for decades. Please email with any questions. Buy this now for $99.95.
