Description

“THE DISCOVERY OF THE NORTH POLE” by Commander Robert E. Peary, Victor purple label 70012. I understand this to be the first issue as it is single sided and has the purple label. Nice shine. Very little wear with the only real issue being a 3/4” minor scratch near the end (see photo). Plays thru without issue with about 3 moderate ticks audible. No warp, cracks, chips or skips. Sounds very good with usual high hiss common to early acoustics. Ships in vintage heavy sleeve and sandwiched between 6 pcs of cardboard, bubble wrap and peanuts in good box. I have sold and successfully shipped many 78 records all over the world with no issues - buy with confidence. WILL CONSIDER BEST OFFER.
