This is a 78 RPM recording of Fats Waller and His Rhythm on the Victor "Scroll" label. On Side A is "Louisiana Fairy Tale" which is also known as the theme from the PBS television program, This Old House.   On Side B is "Cinders".  "Fats" plays the piano and sings on both sides.  The recording was made on March 6, 1935.

This record is in very good condition without some scuffs and very few scratches. The labels are in very good condition.  Overall it is a very clean and shiny record. It would rate E- / E- in appearance. 

Audibly the record is play graded E- / E-.
